Buyer(s) will execute electronic file purchase agreement, immediately following end of auction. Buyer(s) will pay 10% of purchase price as down payment due on Friday December 4, 2020, with Attorney Richard Freeman.

Option One: Balance of purchase price payable at closing on or before December 30, 2020.
